1.After passport is sent for PR Visa Stamping, How long does it takes to get the passport back with stamp?

2.Can I mail my wife's passport from Canada to Indian (Delhi)?

3. If she cannot mail her passport from Canada then can she go personally to get her passport stamped in Delhi?

4. If she cannot get her passport stamped personally then I believe, she has to mail her passport in Delhi and wait for how long?

Ask your wife to send her passport thro mail ONLY. Do not take it personally to Delhi office. Usually it take about 4 weeks after you send your passport to Delhi consulate.
