My opinion, should be tax deductible. Do you have a capital gain on the sale you are claiming on the sale?

I believe, there is no capital gain tax on gain resulting from sale of primary residence

Paperwork are the additional forms I need fill out if ad. expenses are deductible. Since there is no capital gains tax on the primary res., are these expenses built into?
