I have applied for my family immgration in Feb.2002.
Here is the information of family Tree.
1. My father, age 50 year
2. My monther, age 50 year
3. My brohter, age 19 year old (under dependant catogary of my parents)and he is continuing his education in Engineering.(Computer science).

It got approved from Canada in March 2002, and received file to prepare for delhi.

I have applied in delhi April,2002 and got first reply with file number and they will not able review for 1 year.

Then in Septermber 2002, I have received another letter from Delhi saying, we have lots of application to process so accordinly that we will not review your file for next 18 month, and next follow up you will receive from us after 18 month or later.... it's too bad... it's means after 1 and 1/2 year they will start review...and also they said, the first later was an error was saying about '1 year' and now it's '18 month'...

What do you suggest?

Is anyone have exprience or applied for family immigration in 2002 ...it would be nice if we can share the exprience to get idea.

Is there any way to ask them to make it in reasonable time?

Processing period at CHC NEw Delhi is very long. I have sent you email also
