Hi,

I have to get my mothers school certificate which is in an indian language to English.The certificate has to be used to identify her fathers name who is a PR in Canada so that I can claim points for relationship.

Who does the translation of the certificate?

Do I have to attach the notarised copy of the regional language cerificate also along with the translation when I submit my application???
