Travelling to India from Canada Via USA

Hi,

I am travelling to India via Chicago.I am Can. citizen. Do I need to check in my baggage one more time at chicago?

Nope. oure baggage gets checked all way thru to India. Now keep in mind you're going thru US, so you have to go thru US customs at Pearson. Last time we did that they were particular about food items...guess what we had cheese in our handbags. ssshhhh....don't tell them that......

You might want to check that and confirm it properly coz I went to India through NY and I had collect by baggage and go to the other airport and On my way back I was coming through chicago and same thing had to collect my bags and change the terminal and do the check in again before boarding the flight to toronto. My agent told me before hand so I knew what I was getting into..........so you should check and make sure what you are getting into.
