Find out a nearby HRDC (Human Resources Development of Canada) offfice. They are generally open from 9 to 4 but each office may have slightly different timings. Get the Canadian resume done with the help available at these offices.

I will post names of the temp agencies after doing some research of the agencies for clerical / admin jobs.

Generally, any temp agency would ask you to come to their office for registration. Registration is free but expect to spend few hours filling forms, sometimes even giving tests for Microsoft word. You will also have to provide 2 to 3 references preferably of your previous employers.
