I have applied for pr visa through Paris office in feb. 2002 and I received the file no. in May 2002.
However after this there is no news.Kindly let me know how long would it take for processing the file.I live in Bombay,India and I am a Radiologist.I have also given IELTS and scored 7,8,7,8 in the four modules.

3 years is a bit too long for Paris. You should start pestering them.
