What is your opinion when we deal with the rental accomodation?
What are the precautions one has to take?
Please reply soon
Accomodation .....
I suggest you share with some friend for atleast 2 months. In the mean time you'll get used to that area and may have really good understandings about what residential areas are "good" and what are "not"s - in term of family, rent, commute, etc.
So far as apartment lease goes, I was asked for copy of my recent paycheck/offer letter and two months rent in advance. I year lease is common. Less than that, not sure.
Commission on TCs
1500 is not bad. I don't think you can get TCs for free charge. Unless, some US banks offer that too not to all customers.
Not sure about 62". But when I came from US - weight limit was 50 Kgs. - May be it's domestic. Better check with airlines. Should be posted somewhere on ticket or their website.
But if they say ONLY 62", thin it means ONLY 62". Unless you are prepared to pay for additional !
My experience, trust me - even if they allow 162", on the last day you'll find it less !!!!
For bag-size you can find instruction on the ticket itself. If not you can check airlines website for buggage rules.
