Transfer is generally obtained through the same employer and it is internal. For that you will have to approach your current enployer and make a request. All of this is feasible if they have a branch plant here in Canada. Also they got to have the need for your services here in Canada.
It could also be done, if you know of another employer there, who can provide you with a similar facility and offer you a job from the USA. It has to be a posting into the Canadian Branch.
All of this could be achieved through the Human Resources section at your work place.
Currently there are two ways of getting into Canada. One is called the Federally Skilled Worker Program (FSW). For this they announce the category and the number of people required in that category and it is done from time to time. You will have to keep your eye balls peeled open to see and prepare for the same right now in anticipation and file your claim to one of the openings when they say that your qualifications and experience is in demand, only if and when that opening appears. You will have to determine the category you fall into or you might be able to squeeze yourself into and then wait for their announcement to see if their announcement includes the demand for your skill set.
The second means of entry is through an arranged employment. You will have to find a suitable employer for that and make a request to them to provide you with a job offer and also help you with an LMO. It is difficult, but it is possible.
Hope this helps.
FH.
Out of curiosity, I would like your explanation to the following statement that you have made in this post.... Which is "Currently when i apply to transfer from company A to B it got denied due to company's lack of information disclosure and now I m in motion to reopen in US"
I have a link here and am I right in assuming this refers to your case also?
