I CAME HERE WITH MY WIFE IN SEPTEMBER 2009. I WENT BACK TO UK AFTER 2 MONTHS. MY DAUGHTER WAS BORN IN MAY 2010. SHE HAS GOT BRITISH PASSPORT. SO THIS TIME SHE CAME WITH ME ON VISITOR VISA. NOW CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW CAN I APPLY FOR MY DAUGHTER VISA AS I DON'T HAVE JOB AND I CAME TO KNOW THAT IF YOU ARE APPLYING FROM OUTSIDE OF CANADA IT TAKES LESS TIME COMPARE TO APPLY FROM INSIDE.

Please Don't YELL. We hear you loud and clear. No one seems to know how they can help you. Let me try my two bits worth.
I see you have no problem in obtaining a visa for your DTR. So, you have an advantage over the others. And if you are just coming and going out of Canada like a tourist, then , carry on smartly as you are doing now. You will experience no difficulties.
Perhaps you would like to come down some time in the very near future to SETTLE Down here and become a Canadian, just like all of the others are trying to do and at that time get a place to stay and obtain a Permanent Address and then apply for your Daughter's PR Visa and pay what they will want at that time. As you say it might take a little longer, I will say.... 'WHO CARES', you are staying here permanently anyway and at that time NO ONE will stop you from coming or leaving too. So, enjoy the delay. It is like water off the ducks back.
Do you need the forms for that or you already have them. If so get them ready and when they ask for a medical for your daughter, complete the same at that time and submit it. They will give you a list of Locally recognized Medical Doctors after you apply and with their acknowledgment. You cross that bridge when you come to it.
That should clear a lot of the LONDON FOG.
