You dont need to contact ALL agencies - call only 1 agency (who is responsible for her SINP) and follow their advice. More agency, more suggestions, more confusion and more work. Keep it simple.

Good luck, it is relatively easy, dont worry too much. The only hard thing here is to get the employment, everything else is a cakewalk.

its not a cakewalk for lots of people who have tried to get PR in Canada. I read many such stories here on this site. Today only mrs geetakhanna also shared her story with me in brief.

its has been simple for some, tough for many and really really tough for few.

these 4 issues that i am facing related to my SINP are the current issues. in the past I have faced many issues. My wife was admitted in emeregency and she had to come to india for treatment immediately but she cd not come and lie on the stretcher alone in the hospital crying on phone with pain because she did not have MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA to come to india and go back and that wd take 25 days to come if applied. our consultant did not tell us about multiple entry at all and we had no idea about it as we have never been abroad before. we were first time abroad on student visa.

next time when she needed to come to India again and she applied for multiple entry it was denied. GUESS WHY ? the banker, a white canadian, made a wrong draft and it was rejected. we lost a lot of time again in applying. we have very limited time in canada and we cant afford even 15 days loss.

MY VISA was rejected and I cd not reach my wife. She is away since marriage. Because a known famous consultant in India made me apply for an open work permit Visa from India rather than a visitor Visa.

Things have been very tough right from the beginning for us and it continues with these 4 current issues right before SINP.

1. No ref letter 2. Wrong ROE 3. Incorrect name on pay slips 4. Birth certi issue.

Lots of money ( when u are earning in INR) and 3 years separation is at stake sir, that too when you have taken this step right after marriage. My wife, a B tech and a Wireless technology diploma holder is mopping floors and cleaning toilets and serving food for this SINP.
