My mother-in-law's visitor visa application rejected with reason there i no tie up with native country. Even thoug she is having land, property, and seven children and 14 grand children altogether. She would like to come over here for three months to see her second grand child which is expected on first week of April. And I am having very good income and already given an invitation letter to visit here.
Can anybody give some solution to appeal in this case.
Can I sponser her if she is not having any tie up with her native country as per immigration officer.
Is there any otherway to call her at the earliest
I have already taken appointment for u.s.a visa . I like to know what are the questions tht they would ask me. I am here on students visa and will be staying in U.S with my friends.I even like to know what kind of documents i need to show them.
