Hello : I am filling forms for sponsorship for PR under family class. Can someone please clarify my doubt :
Q It is asking to submit my but also that on my IMM 1000 Record of landing I should have declared the people I am sponsoring as dependant on me ? But they were not dependant on me when I came here.
Can some one shred light on this ? Is this clause just for kids to be sponsored and not parents ?

When you applied to get into Canada as a PR, you would have normally filled in the names and details of the whole family. Please check the old copies of the forms filled when you first applied to get in. It might have got buried in some old files.
They are now being sponsored for PR, by you, and you now will have to provide them with the same details.
If you are doubtful about all of this, Please contact the Neighborhood Immigrant Help Center in Mississauga. Here is the :

Hi Freddie ; I am not sure if you understood my question, they are not talking about the forms, they are talking about IMM 1000 and it does not have my parents name as they were not dependent on me.
And the link you have attahced is about money matters seminar.
They are the same people who help you in the filling and explaining the forms that you are now completing.
They, from time to time, organize a lot of information seminar, one such is Financial and Banking. The next one could be about the Driving license and the local requirements, and providing you with credits for your previous experience etc., The seminars are different. But the phone number and the location is the same. The gentleman who posts this one Mr.P.Kalra. Ask for him and get the things done through him at that location. He will explain and answer all of your questions.
Hope this explains the doubts that you have about my posting. They will help you from the start to the finish.
