my daughter is having PR card but she went india after getting pr card in 30 days... now she is coming back to canada.....my question is how much time it will take to get health card...can i submit the medical bills after getting the healthg card .(for the treatment before v get the health card)

You have not yet registered in Health Insurance plan,
and you want to reimburse the expenses which occured prior to the registration?
Is it not atrocious?

Go to http://health.gov.on.ca/ and click on OHIP to get all the information you need.

If you need coverage before the waiting period of 3 months, you should consider private insurance.
