My Friend Age is 51th running at present. He wants to apply under skilled catoegory, his details are as below

Education - Master Degree (18 years of education)
Age - 51th running
Experience - More then 23 years (Working with Designation Manager)
Language - Can achieve 6.5 bands
Spouse Education - Bachelors Degree (total 15 years)

Now suppose he files an application at New Delhi Post will his application be considered as his age at present is 51 running.

also suppose if it takes 3 to 4 years for processing then he might obtain ZERO Points in age, or else his points will be considered as of the date of application.

I request you to kindly guide us for the same, so that we can take appropriate deciesion.

I am eagerly awaiting your reply so that we can start preparation accordingly as fast as possible.

age is locked in at the time of application so if your friend files his case now he would get 6 points in age even if takes 10 yrs to get Visa.
