Hi All,
I am more than 3 years in Canada & self employee and planning to visit dentist for my kids (10-12 years) routine check. Any advice or addresses for dentist with 'reasonable' charges in Mississauga.

Under the age of 10...the childs dental care in Quebec is covered by the govt. I thought it would be the same in ON. Maybe not.

If I'm not mistaken it's covered in Ontario too. Talk to your school & ask them for the contact of the Public Health Dept. Usually one school in the area has a dentist office and you have to just take your child there. I've done that in Toronto.
Edit : If the work is not major, most dentist will charge you reasonably, if you tell them you don't have coverage. But try the school first
