The best way is, you can download the FBI card from the FBI website.http://www.fbi.gov/hq/cjisd/fprequest.htm Take this form to local police station and get finger prints on it. Send them along with cheque and request letter to FBI. This will work for getting PCC. if you really need to get FBI finger print card, you can send mail to . They will send within 3 business days to you.

Hope this will help you.. i just followed the above process and did PCC.

You can go to any Notary and ask for FBI FP cars, its usually $2 or something they ask for,

Not all Police stations do FP, so check before you go, most of them do electronic which is not valid for Can Imm.

Usually Notary charges $10 per card including FP
