I am about to fill the form of immigration .I am confused wether I should go to canada with family or First go to canada and settled down for (1-2 yrs) & then sponsor my wife and child???what u guys say???

It is really upto you.
Depends on whether you want your family with you or not during your first initial years in Canada.

There will be no difference in the process if you include them right now.
They will anyway have to undergo medicals regardless of whether they are coming with you or not.

Personally, I don't see any benefit in not including them now.

Who knows what the timelines will be a few years from now in the Family Class.
What if you would like to sponsor them and it takes 4 years for family class immigration?

During this time, it is highly unlikely that they will even get a visit visa to come see you.
