Dear Massoodji,
I had asked you about my ill daughter 1 year old needing liver transplant n you said that she will not get any immigration visa, and also becoz of that our application might get refused and told us not to include her in our papers for immigration, she was anyways born after we applied for the immigration.
But can u pls tell me will she get any type of visa ever to go even on medical grounds like for treatment abroad etc even to US or Canada
Also we applied in Jan 2003, when do u think we will get any kind of communication from CHC delhi, we got our file number in MArch 2003. Can u give me rough average.
Thanks
Archana Patel
New Delhi is currently taking over 4 years.
Your daughter MAY get a visa [visitor] for treatment purposes althoug immigration may suspect that you are trying to slip her into Canada through the back-door.

Thank you, Massoodji,
I thought that too for the visa for treament types. And yeah it looks like 4-5 years before something actually happens on our immigration case with CHC Delhi considering the rush there.
Thanks again
