Whatever your intentions are - the point is you are trying to defame a company.

On internet it is very easy to write against anybody without any proofs. However when one can sue you and this site, do you have enough evidences to support your claim? Are you goint to stand on your claims? Evenif you do at this point of time, how we, as CanadianDesi know that you are a real person with real evidences?

We are running this site to help desis in Canada or willing to come to Canada. We don't want any such trouble on this site. This is very clear policy.

Please stop posting any such stuff here.

If you really need to you can mention it without company's name and invite users to PM you to know the compnay name.

I can well understand your frustration if you've had a bad experience with a specific consultant and your desire to go "all-out" against them. However this is not the right place for that. We have SEVERAL posts warning users of the pitfalls of recruiting consultants. Anybody who browses this forum will get the picture very quickly.

You are free to relate your personal experince without using specific names. And then use the PM or email feature to mention specifics to whoever contacts you.

Like Garvo mentioned, we have no proof of what happened so we cannot allow someone to repeteadly post against a company, it seems that is all you are interested in doing on this site. You're probably not, but we have no way of knowing if you're a competing consultant or not. So please understand and help us keep this site alive and productive.
