Dear Mr, Massod.

This is regarding Spouse Visa catag.

My case has been apporved and forwarded to CHC new delhi on 15th Sep 04. Then i sent my Passport to CHC on 21st Sep04 and Police clearence certificate on 6th Oct 04.

Please tell me from now onwards how much time it will take to finalize my application ? And when will i getting my passprt back with Visa.

Thanks for your reply!

I have submitted my documents on the above mentioned dates.

It's already been 6 weeks but i still waiting for my passport, i had also sent a reminder letter to CHC New Delhi on 20th Oct 04, but uptill now no reply.

Please tell me what do i have to do now ???

Keep reminding them. If everything else fails, get a lawyer.

Dear Mr. Massood,

CHC New Delhi has started the processing of my application on 15th Sep 04 as per their Letter, in which they had mentioned that do not contact us before 3 months.

Please advise me, what will be my next step, do i need to contact them in person OR i can hire a Lawyer ??
