I am not working in Office Administration. But landed recently in Calgary.
Have started meeting employment agencies. Much of the recruitment seems to be taking place thro' such agencies especially in Office Admin., Data-entry, tele-marketing, etc.
You might not get a job immediately as per your experience but start a job & then rise gradually. Such jobs do seem to be available.

??? How can start a job without getting it?
You can search Voluntary job and get the experience for Office Admin's functionalily they try for actul job for Office admin.
