Hi All

I currently hold a 3 year open work permit which expires in June 2015. I have a full time job now. Is it possible to extend my work permit??? If yes, then for how many years?? What are the documents required??? Please help

You can extend if any of the following is applies to you

1. Your employer applied for LMO .... now it is Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and got a positive approval

2. You have got PR file number and your application is in second stage so that you can apply for bridge work permit.

3. You have married to an immigrant or citizen and a sponsorship application-1st stage is approved.
