Hi,
I need to get some renovation done in house that I just bought in Oakville. I am looking for a contractor who can do kitchen reno (including some remodeling i.e. moving the location of fridge and sink) and some woodwork in the house.
Can someone pls recommend a good contractor?

Reference, Reference , Reference is the Key.
Most of the renovators are cheats and hence a trusted reference is a must.
Only take renovators who have been recommended by a trusted friend. May be is is because it is an unregulated field, you will have many irresponsible renovators.

First of all congratulations on buying a home in prestigious Oakville Area.
I can give you contact detail of my contractor who is definitely reliable, does a good job, not cheap but reasonable and I can vouch as in the last 2 years I have used him at my own 2 places and would not mind to use his services again.
Having said that, I am not sure whether he would be having time to do the work in Oakville as he lives in Scarborough Area. However, depending on the amount of work and availability he may do it.
