Subject: Advice needed!

Hello,

Dear experts

i decided to wrote to you about my situation after what i read of your highly respected & professional contributions to others, hoping you find the time to advice.

my situation,

my family and I are permanent residents.
We have entered Canada on the 7th of July 2008,,,, received our PR cards on the 25th same month.
left back home on the 27th of Aug. 2008.

We are outside Canada since that Date, and due to problems in my country ( Egypt ) we have not been able to leave to Canada

Now i want to come back to Canada to renew my PR card, establish a living then apply for my family to follow.

First step is renewing my PR card wich is valid till the 25th of July 2013,,,, i am aware i broke the rule of 730 days ofcourse. My concern now is what will happen with me at the airport when i come to Canada this June as i am planing?
where should i apply to renew my card and what are the documents needed? and how long will that all take? should i use a lawyer or not?

I hope you are not bothered with my problem and i also hope you send me a coverage solution as you are used to.
