I am a new PR in Canada. I have a query regarding PR card. I received a letter from CIC that I need to submit my photograph again to process my PR card. I did the same. Now after long wait I received my PR card. All the details are correct but my signature is not printed there below my photograph. I have checked with one of my friend and he has his signature printed just below his scanned photograph in PR card. Is this an error in my PR card? Is it very important to have this in your PR card?
Please suggest.

Signature is very important.
Please visit the CIC office (Near. st clair subway stn.- if in the GTA) to clear this.
Unfortunately, CIC is a govt. office, otherwise you would have received a lot of freebies for this mistake.

Call CIC and ask the Q. They will give you an accurate answer. No need to go to their ofifice in DT if you do not live near the vicinity.
