If you are not able to attend the CD meeting on May 8th or you do not live in the GTA, don’t be disheartened. CD meeting can be seen live on your PC/Laptop thru Yahoo Messenger. (Thanks to GG and Chandresh)

Well Biomed,

For someone like me who is not 'internet savvy' can you please exaplain how to watch this meeting over the net?. Do I need to load some software or some special program for that or do I have to be a memmber of Yahoo Messenger etc.

Chopra Sahab, I thought you are going to be in front of the camera (and at times behind it to help us!!!) - but definitely not in front of the computer. But I have a feeling you have asked this question for the benefit of others who are not going to be at the meeting!

Things you need to see this meeting on the web, are as follows:

Yahoo ID
Yahoo Messenger installed on your computer

Please add in your friend's list at Yahoo Messenger thru "add" option. Log on Yahoo Messenger at 3 PM EST on June 5th. You will see cdn_desi2003 online with the message " view my web camera" in front of the ID. click on that and you will be connected.

Any other question ? Please feel free to ask.

It will certainly help people like me a great deal and they would be able to watch it on their computers.
