Pls advise, when you are coming back on a PR Card, does this has any hassles.
As you Immigrant Visa is valid for ONE ENRT only.

No hassles, none what so ever. The PR card is GOOD for the next five years from the date of your first entry as stamped on the reverse.
Once you are a PR in Canada, you can ENTER and EXIT as many times as you want to and no one will stop you.(Other than for normal checks.) You have an entry good for the first FIVE Years. Do carry your Passport with you all the times when you do that. Also follow the rules published for the entry into Canada.
