I applied immigration in Oct 2001,recieved AOR in Dec2001.(NEW DELHI)
In Dec2002,I got IELTS form from CHC New DElhi to take exams before 1 Feb2003 for paper screening results.Idid the same with 7 band in each module.Till then No information yet.
Please give me good advice.

But ,Sir,I have not recieved my paper screening results so far.Will I be interveiwed or not (interveiw waiver)?I score 73 points and 78 points acc. to old and new laws.
I think all the applicants who appeared with me in the ielts exams got their paperscreening results i.e. interveiw required and submission of new forms under new law ,last year(March or april 2003) while I did not recieve anythingh then.
However in December 2003,all the candidates again got letter of dual assessment and request of New forms,I did not
I know 3 applicants of same situation.They also qualify in both the laws.
Do I send new irpa forms or wait for CHC reply?

Write to Delhi about your concerns. If you want to be proactive, send them new irpa forms. Hopefully, that'll unclog your file.
