My friend just came from India on PR. He has once parcel coming from India. At the air port also he told that parcel is coming. But not sure of what is the procedure for excise matters. Can anyone have any ideas about the procedures like where to go and declare valuations and items.

For parcels sent by post, the sender declares the item and its value. If any tax is charged, they will collect it from you.
