What rate shall I expect for Secured LOC?

Need to close soon.

Depends on your negotiation with individual branch of big 5 banks. You may get different quotes from different branches of the same bank. Though their posted rate on their websites could be prime +1.0% but you may bring it down to even prime +0.5 to prime +0.6. On the other hand, in the broker channel the best so far is being offered as prime +0.6%.
