I’m planning to file my taxes through one of the service providing companies like HR ,SOFTTRON,TAXTRON etc etc.Do you think the provider I choose really makes a difference to get the maximum refund or are they all the same ?

IT will depend on the staff that prepares your taxes. I have a close family member working for one of those firms for the past 12 years and have been told that it all depends on the staff competency

If you find a mistake and go to them later, they rectify it, but it is the client that has suffered in the interim.

Note that Softron and Taxtron is the same firm. Taxtron is the product name of the tax software. Both belong to the same owner

Probably other members may have a different experience to share.
