I stayed in Kuwait during 1998-2001 and currently in Saudi Arabia. I am having a very hard time to obtain PCC from Kuwait. The Kuwaiti Embassy in Saudi Arabia, Interior Ministry of Kuwait-both are asking a Request Letter for PCC from Canada Immigration Authority. But Canada Immigration authority refused to isssue any such request letter, saying \"we dont issue any request Letter for PCC Kuwait...see our website etc\". This is going on for last 6 months. Funniest part is I have completed medical nearly 5 months back and and submitted landing fees 5 month back. On PCC Kuwait issue, inspite of many explanation of the situation (including my cronological record of my efforts of approching Kuwaiti Authority) is absolutely stagnent and yesterday I received an email from the Canadian Immigration authority refusing to issue a Request Letter for PCC Kuwait and given 30 days to submit the certificate. Since both Canada Immigration authority and Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior is adament on their own stand, I am terribly suffering. What is your advice?

Middle East is an Oil Country. There is a by product called GREASE. Grease liberally and get your PCC done. If it takes one day of your life spend it and GET IT DONE.
