Me and My family(My wife and one daughter) got immigartion in 2006 but only i manage to land in Canada in Mar-2007 and then left after 15 days after getting PR Card.

My wife and Daughter Immigarion Expired in mar-2007. Now Jul-2009 I decide to Live in Canad Permanently and landed here.I want to sponsor my family now but now i have two daughters (2nd one born on May-2007).
I want to know if thers any problem if I include my 2nd Daughter in My sponsorship Application. as i dont have any communication with Immigration authorities after Mar-2007.

You will fulfill the required 730 days out of the five years.

Your family sponsorship will take some time and also the NEW born and the rest of the family will have to get through the Medicals once again. There will be fees for all of this. Please contact &.......see

There are Immigrant Help Centers here and all over Toronto and other areas. Please contact them and they will help you with all of the papers and forms and will guide you till the all get home here in Canada Safely.

Please drop into one such centers and get all of the help. AND it is FREE.

Keep track of all of your time in a diary since it is all fresh in your mind, with dates and times and supporting documents for the future use.
