PAN number for Canadian Citizen in India

Hi all,

I born/educated/worked in India. Was filing IT retrun on every year India. In 2003 migrated to Canada. Become canadian citizen. Got OCI as well. Now returning to India for work/service/business.

How can I file Tax Return in India? In a regular Tax form OR there is differant form for it?

Can I use my old PAN number OR do i have to apply for differant PAN as I am a Canadian Citizen holding OCI?

Please explian.

From what I understand PAN is permanent. Cannot change and an individual cannot re-apply or possess multiple PAN numbers. But I'm not sure what role does OCI plays here.
