You can also use salt substitue(Pot. salt) instead of reg. Sodium salt. But, if you have high blood pressure i would advice you to check with dr before using pot. salt bcz some of the drugs that you might on my increase your pottasium and again using this salt will increase more, and too much pottasium could be harful for your heart.

so if you are not on any meds then you can use pot. salts
