One of my friends failed her G Test yesterday. She was driving lil slower than posted sign on Highway in Fog. This is one of the reasons that she failed. She was slow in turning as well. According to her she was driving as per weather conditions - and she is right.

Is there Minimum Speed Limit for 400 Series Highways in Ontario? I know in Quebec they have posted Min & Max speed limits.

To me, Slow movers are at same risk level (if not higher) for other drivers. There could be 'n' reasons for driving slow (just like going fast).

I don't think there are no minimum speeds limits. It all comes down to how comfortable the testing official is... isn't it? (and may be on his/her mood as well)
