Dear Sir ,
I was interviewed by chc london @ abudhabi last year february . Today I received letter form chc & they asked me to submit following :

1. new application for permanent residance IMM008
2.New schedule back ground declaration form
3.Immigration summary form
4.Right of permanent residance fees
5. 2 recent photographs
6.Original PCC
7.Proof of settlement fund .

In this letter they write that - Medical instruction will be issued upon receipt .

My question is :
What should I understand from this letter ? I passed the interview ??????
They asked PCC as after interview I changed country due to job change - this is understood
Why they asked to submit immigration form . back ground , immg. summary form AGAIN ? I already submitted when I submit my file & again at the time of interview.
Right of permanent resident fees - what does it mean ? why they ask now ?

Senior desis , please answer me in detail .

I will submit required docs in 1 month .
As you said that my application is on fast track & they asked me to pay lending fees & in letter they wrote that medical instruction will be issued upon submittion of new forms .
please clear me that - Should I hope positive result ? If yes , how much time it will take to obtain VISA ?

Since the new system started, there is very little feed back to the board from the new applicants. So, I would only venture a guess. PCC takes about six months, after your submission. So add another month that you will be taking to it. Then they will issue to you the forms for the medical. That will take about four months to complete. They normally try and complete it before the PCC expires. (which is Six months) Look for a call for the PP in December 2009.

If you have an employer or a prospective one here in Canada, then you might get it before that time. You have to find one or apply and obtain a letter of employment. There are some jobs that do not need HRSDC approval. (Labour Market Opinion)

Just to give you an example: Insert "Power" in the required space. See the jobs that come up in that search. See who they are and then send an application to them. There are other job sites that you can see for openings.
