About the returning back of the application
Hello All,

I would like to ask you how much time does the embassy take to return back the application-applied after 28 February, 2008 which are in included to the list of 38.

Please share some informations.

Now there is no specific time line with cic.Thats the worst part with cic...
you just have to wait....or may be try contacting them and see...normally they would not answer you...but try faxing them....

Any idea for those who are not in the list??? What strategy CIC will follow? Refund and close the case or something else?

Also, what options applicant have?
