Hi
My parents are going to california, USA to visit my sister, is it possible for them to apply for canadian visitor visa from usa.
Or do they need to be apply from india to get canadian visa.
please guide me

I believe you will have to apply to only one of these offices for VISA :
Immigration services are only provided by Canadian offices in Buffalo, Detroit, Seattle, Los Angeles, New York, and Washington, D.C. Other Canadian offices in the United States do not provide visa and immigration services.

You are correct Hiren, There are a lot of locations in USA that will help and direct people to the closest locations to obtain a Visitor's visa, nearest to their place of residence, for their ease of use. I don't know if they are just contact centers or if they can drop off and pick them too.

i see they have asked for medical check up, will that still be required as they went thru those process while applying for the US visas.
my thought is canada wont go thru that much scrutiny as much as US. atleast while crossing border on the road i felt that way
