Hello,

I applied in June 2007 and wrote the test in Oct 2007 at the Mississauga center in Ontario.
Since then, I have heard nothing.
My status online continues to show "In process".

I have tried calling, but they keep giving me the standard, canned response that I need to wait 12 - 15 months - won't even tell me if I passed the test or not.

One of the agents told me that they can notify processing center to expedite the case once 6 months have passed since the test, but when I called back earlier this month, the agent said that there is no such thing that they can do and I have no choice but to wait.

Also, a lot of other people who wrote the test on the same date at the same center (or around the same time) have already been through their oath ceremony.

Can anyone please share some experince or timelines?
Is there anything I can do or just continue waiting?

At least 6 months from the date of application is the usual wait for Test.Then another 2-3 weeks.

Yes Bro,

I have the same problem,

I applied in June 2007, Did the test in November 26 , 2007 in Mississauga 75 Watline and since then exactly 5 months 5 days passed No NEWS.

Whenever I call, they say just wait and relex and be patience.

I am too worried. I have got a Job offer outside canada and I am in trouble.

Please advice.

While I am not sure, what exactly, you can do, I know some people earlier(on this board) had suggested contacing MP's etc. I don't know if that is necessary or whether it would help but yes, normally, the wait after the test should not be more than 2-3 months to get a date for your oath.
