Whatever below is from what i,ve heard from my friends....

They will ask you to come in a room together n then one by one...
they will interview both of you separately n then match your responses...
questions will be based on both of u,, how well you know each other... how much time u spent together ,,,dates,, when u first met, where, how many times u visited her/him.... how well you know his/her family....where did u go for honeymoon...who will work n support family....how well he/she knows about your job/education.....
baseline how well u know each other.....make sure to remember dates like bdays, date of visits, nbr of visits,proofs like pics, greetings,phonecalls,.......

Not to scare you but when they call for interview generally it means that they have some doubts which they want to clear.

I,ve heard some cases where a person was called for interview n then got rejected.

I am not sure if they will ask you to be there too. As much as I have read on forums like immigration.ca. It is only if they specified in the interview letter that you need to be there else she can go alone.

Can you please tell me what could it be for which they want to conduct an iterview. Also, can you share your timeline.
