This is the first time I am posting on this forum. I find this forum to be very informative and resourceful. I was looking for some information on finding a mortgage lawyer. We have our new home closing in a couple of months.
Any information or tips on how to go about this would be helpful.

There is no such thing as a mortgage lawyer however a real estate lawyer should be able to handle the deal. If you're looking for a mortgage broker, that's a different type of profession.

Hi Lavendar,
In order for any one to suggest you a lawyer for your house transaction, one need to know the location you are living in. You can update that in your profile section.
If you are in GTA then we can suggest you some lawyers for your house closing.
