I have applied for my husband back in Nov.2005, file in New delhi since Jan.2006 and they are holding passport since Interview in April,2006.
till date no reply, we tried to inquire and said background check is being done. its been 8 months since the passport is there.

can my husband apply for visitor visa???
even if his passport is at new delhi office?
if yes wht info does he need to send. p

please help. i will be really thankfull to you guys.
