I did not know where else to put this message, but it is important for me to discuss.

I have a house in Bangalore (2 bedroom with car parking), and I want to give it on rent. There are issues of finding the renter, and also making all of the agreements. I do not have anyone to look after the property there.

Would there be any kind of real estate brokers who can look after the property and ensure it is always on rent. I'm willing to pay one month's rent for this.

Ideas are welcome.
