I applied under independent catory in march 2002 from new delhi. Now in thier updated processing times, they are claiming 28 months for first review. That means my case will be reviewed before june this year.
I have gone thorugh their web site. They want every body to fill new format forms. I applied with old format forms.
My question is, that should I once again attach all the documenatry proof with the new forms , or the earlier given is sufficent & just simply fill the new forms & mailed them.
I have already clear IELTS test in oct 2002. The report I have submitted in person in t he consulant in nov 2002.

just do what they've asked you to do. Only Complete the forms.
