My brother has just recvd the addmission letter from seneca for a PG certificate in HR. It says that Coop is not offered to International Students.

Is it normal.............how does it get regularized , the duration of the course as mentioned is 12 months for what duration will the visa be given & how is required to be extened when one plans to stay back & apply for PR
