May I please know how long it takes for a interview date to come in after I have recieved a letter saying they will let me know a interview date.
I am indian Citizen with a green card in US and have applied from Buffalo

But now I can't resist myself.
Every one receives same letter regarding interview.
There is no exact time limit for interview.
5 months, 10 months, 15 months or may be 20 months...

it is nice to be important..but it is more importanat to be NICE
we got a date after 4 months of the letter. but the interview date was anotther 3 months. so u are looking at a wait of 5to 7 months. you have time so get your caip notes and see why they called you for interview. collect as much evidence for it coz they give a desision right away. best of luck
