I am here in Canada on visitor visa and waiting for my immigration to come thro under spousal category. I was wondering, if in the meanwhile my husband can also apply for sponsoring his in laws (my parents) from India? Or should I wait for my immigration to come through before applying for my parents.

Thanks for your reply. But I was wondering can my husband not co-sign with me so that I can sponsor my parents. It might take me a while to find a good job here in Canada but is there no way I can have my husband co-sign with me and use his income to sponsor my parents.

for sponspering ur parents, u must have to sign the documents and ur hunsband can co-sign, that possible only after when u become permanent residence as well as stay in canada for atleat 12 months, then only u can apply for ur parents not on visitor visa. ur husband can not directly sposper due to ur parents.
