EI Benefit
1) How to get EI benefit if someone doesn't have enough hours to qualify for EI.

like one of my friend's wife is going for maternity leave and she doesn't have enough hours to qualify for E.I. and she worked one place approximately 3 months and she got cheqe from that place but her employer did not cut tax from her cheque. Now a days she is still working at another place but at the time of leave she will not have enough hours to qualify.

So my question is Is there any way she get E.I benefit. ?

Her husbund works full time If She doesn't get E.I benefit, Can her husbund get benefit ? and during that benefit can he work other place ?

What is the best way to get E.I . benifit.
